Advanced technology to create extreme sharpness
Precision stamping: High-precision CNC stamping equipment is used to ensure that the blade size error is controlled within ±0.01mm, perfectly adapting to various cutting machine models.

Vacuum heat treatment technology: Through advanced vacuum quenching and tempering technology, the internal metallographic structure of the blade is optimized to make it have ultra-high hardness and toughness, avoiding chipping or curling.

Nano-level grinding and polishing: Imported CNC grinders are used to ultra-fine the edge, with a surface roughness of less than Ra0.2μm, to achieve burr-free and non-adhesive tape cutting.

Multi-layer composite coating (optional): Some high-end blades use PVD coating technology, coated with titanium alloy or diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating to further improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Hardness test: Rockwell hardness tester to ensure HRC58-62 meets the standard;

Edge microscope inspection: 100% full inspection of edge integrity;

Dynamic cutting test: simulate actual working conditions and perform 10,000 cutting verifications.
